To the people who purchased the Memory BOX and is showing shipped, please contact Customer Support ASAP that's a system error, they already fixed my memory box status.
Please be aware of this and contact the TEAM ASAP for them to change it prior the shipping begins, otherwise will be hard to proof you have not received your memory box.

There locate the memory box item and check the status
